By installing, accessing, or using PO Field ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
PO Field is a Shopify application operated by Beemlo ("we", "us", "our"). The Service provides a POS smart grid tile that captures Purchase Order numbers during checkout, validates them against configurable rules, stores them as order metafields, and provides a dashboard for tracking PO orders.
PO Field is a third-party application available through the Shopify App Store. Shopify Inc. is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation or liability to you with respect to the Service. Your use of Shopify's platform is governed by Shopify's own terms of service.
Access to PO Field is authenticated through Shopify's OAuth system. We do not create or manage separate user accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials.
PO Field is offered at $39.00 USD per month with a 14-day free trial. All billing is processed through the Shopify Billing API. We do not collect or store payment information directly. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service stores:
We request the following Shopify API permissions: read_orders, write_orders (for order metafields only), and read_customers (for customer tag evaluation). We do not access customer email, phone, address, or payment information.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of any applicable law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (d) use the Service to process, store, or transmit material that infringes third-party rights.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Shopify, Cloudflare) and outages caused by these dependencies are not considered breaches of these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
shop/redact webhook, all store data is permanently deleted within 48 hours.The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Beemlo. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or trade names.
We treat your store data and configuration as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your data except as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEMLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beemlo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days. Any disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be resolved in the courts of Kings County (Brooklyn), New York. Either party may seek equitable relief for intellectual property or confidentiality matters.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
